Today, in our family room we had the carpet guys peal back the carpet to add new sub flooring on top of the old sub flooring and replace a section of sub flooring that was cracked.Tomorrow: new carpet pad will be laid down and the old carpet re-laid back. No one but us will be able to tell how the new sub flooring improves the room.
