The Coffee Shop

We ate tonight at the Coffee Shop in McGregor. Our server was Hillary. She was fun to have as a server because she was so corkey you could not get mad. She got orders wrong, wanted to give us our bill and dessert before we got our dinner, did not tell us that we were supposed to go to the salad bar to get our own salad, brought us brown gravy instead of white gravy, instead of refilling my Diet Doctor pepper she brought me a to-go cup. When she took our order she pulled up a chair, sat down at the table with us. Rachel asked 3 times for a straw; she had them in her apron. Everything turned out ok in the end it was just not smooth service.

HEB Reward dollars

HEB sends us reward dollars about every quarter. We get reward dollars based on the amount of money we spend at HEB. The dollars are just like cash. $19.00 for spending?????thousand?
