The Tooth

This morning I bit into a Shipley's kolache and I felt something hard. I spit it out and found a tooth. At first I thought that it was an employee's tooth that fell into the kolache. I felt around my mouth with my tongue and realized that the tooth was mine.

I teach the Simsol Estimating program portion to our Texas Farm Bureau adjusters who attend the Property Class given by Wardlaw Claims.

This is Hunter. I found him 7 years ago outside of my office in San Marcos off of Hunter Rd. He is a big full bodied cat with little fat. Pictured here, he is laying with me on out bed.

A Kindle review on my Kindle

I love my Kindle. I have Kindle v. 1. (Chirstmas present 2008). These photos are of an article in the March 30, 2009 Newsweek about the Kindle v. 2. I enjoy getting my Newsweek on Sunday morning automatically downloaded to my Kindle for $1.49 a month. I have finished reading it before JoAnn gets her copy in the mail on Tuesday or Wednesday.

The new sectional sofa

Today, JoAnn and I went out and bought this sectional from Sofa Mart here in Waco. JoAnn did not like the way our old green couch worked in the Family room so, hopefully this one will work.
